Conditions to apply for repair or replacement of ZHIYUN Products (including charges)
The customers are required to fill a form online to apply for repair or replacement.
The form is available at http://www.zhiyunindia.com/service/repair/ .
1 The product requested for Repair should apply online on the above mentioned Link.
2 For all the ZHIYUN products (with or without warranty), the customer is expected to pay for the courier service while sending the
product to us and we would be paying while sending the product back.
3 After receiving the product, ZHIYUN Technical team would be providing the customer with an estimated amount for repair. They
will proceed with the repairing services after taking consent from the customer.
