The Terms and Conditions of ZHIYUN Products warranty are:
1. The warranty only applies to ZHIYUN products purchased from authorized ZHIYUN dealers.
2. The authorized dealers of ZHIYUN products in all regions are listed on http://www.zhiyunindia.com
3. The warranty covers only the technical errors and manufacturing defects of the ZHIYUN products, and is limited to the repair
or replacement of the parts or the whole products depending on the availability.
4. The warranty does not cover any of the following:
(a) damage caused by mishandling, unauthorized modification, liquid contact or moisture;
(b) neglect, abuse or misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use the ZHIYUN products for their normal purpose in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for usage, failure to properly maintain the ZHIYUN products in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions, and/or the failure to use the ZHIYUN products in accordance with the manufacturer's
specifications
(c) normal wear and tear;
(d) use of the ZHIYUN products with incompatible or faulty equipment;
(e) unauthorized modifications;
(f) repairs conducted by unauthorized persons or service center’s;
(g) the model and/or serial number of the ZHIYUN products being altered, removed or made illegible; accidents; or acts of god or
any cause beyond the control of ZHIYUN.
5 In order to claim pursuant to this warranty for repair and replacement during the prescribed warranty period, the claimant must
go to www.zhiyunindia.com .They need to ‘Submit Repair’ in the Support tab and follow the given instructions.
6 In all circumstances,a claimant under this warranty will be liable for all costs in delivering their ZHIYUN product(s) to
the authorized ZHIYUN service center for warranty repair or replacement. That authorized ZHIYUN service center may bear the
cost of return shipping to a nominated address after the warranty repair or replacement in that service center’s sole discretion.
7. Once the ZHIYUN product(s) have been received, the authorized ZHIYUN service center will assess the warranty claim and
then arrange repair or parts replacement in accordance with the warranty procedure prescribed by ZHIYUN for their authorized
service center network. The warranty repair or parts replacement will be conducted by the authorized
ZHIYUN service center as promptly as possible and within a reasonable time from the date of submission of the warranty claim.
8. Any repair of ZHIYUN product(s) pursuant to this warranty will not terminate this warranty, and this warranty will continue
to apply for the existing prescribed warranty period.
9. Any replacement of ZHIYUN product(s) pursuant to this warranty will terminate this warranty, and a new warranty
will apply to the replacement ZHIYUN products.
10. The Replacement of Zhiyun products can be requested within 7days of delivery of product, which is limited to the
following conditions:
- (a) the product has manufacturing defect
- (b) the product has sustained substantial damage in transit
- (c) the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects
- (d) the model of the product ordered is totally different than the product received
11. The ZHIYUN product(s) will not be replaced in the following conditions:
(a) The replacement was requested beyond 7 days of delivery;
(b) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered.
(c) Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items
damaged by user error.
(d) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
(e) Respective product has not been sent back to Zhiyun within 7 days after replacement confirmation from Zhiyun.
(f) damage caused by mishandling, unauthorized modification, liquid contact or moisture;
(g) neglect, abuse or misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use the ZHIYUN products for their normal purpose in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for usage, failure to properly maintain the ZHIYUN products in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions, and/or the failure to use the ZHIYUN products in accordance with the manufacturer's
specifications;
(h) normal wear and tear;
(i) use of the ZHIYUN products with incompatible or faulty equipment;
(j) unauthorized modifications;
(k) repairs conducted by unauthorized persons or service center’s;
(l) the model and/or serial number of the ZHIYUN products being altered, removed or made illegible; accidents; or acts of god or
any cause beyond the control of ZHIYUN.

AMAZON Products warranty terms are as follows:
1.The products sold by ZHIYUN authorized dealers will be considered for warranty.
2.You can check the warranty of the product before buying from the seller on Amazon.
3.For Online Authorized products, the warranty can be claimed directly at ZHIYUN INDIA service center.
4.The products purchased from unauthorized dealers would be considered for paid repair and non warranty products.
5.For warranty repair or replacement claim, the customer is required to mail the seller and keep ZHIYUN India in CC
Give Away Prizes Rules & Regulations
These rules and regulations imply to all the products Given Away For Free by the company during Exhibitions, through Social Media Platforms or In person.
1.The Give Away Products can include any of the Zhiyun Products available or mentioned on the giveaway announcement.
2.No Invoice will be provided for the giveaway product. In case the customer needs to claim the warranty, they can do it using the
Serial Number of the product on Zhiyun India website.
3. All the expenses for the free product will be beard by ZHIYUN INDIA, including shipping.
4.The winning customer will be required to register the product on ZHIYUN INDIA Website for future assistance.
5.The giveaway product will not have any interest of the Company and is only meant for promotional purpose.
6.The winner of the giveaway product will be finalized by the Zhiyun India Management which means it will not be based
on anyone’s request/ interest.
7.The giveaway product will not be applicable for re-selling, replacement or exchange.
8.The giveaway product will be non-transferable.
9.The giveaway product will not be eligible for any offers, instated by the company before, during or after the product is given away
to the winner.
10.The giveaway product will fall under regular warranty terms for a period of one year.
